USAIG PDP Scholarship
The deadline for the 2011 USAIG PDP Scholarship has passed. The application for the 2012 USAIG PDP Scholarship will be available online by spring 2012.
In coordination with NBAA, the U.S. Aircraft Insurance Group (USAIG) annually awards $1,000 to an applicant enrolled full-time in a college or university offering the NBAA Professional Development Progam (PDP). The NBAA/UAA member universities offering PDP curricula are:
- The Darden School at the University of Virginia
- Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
- Kansas State University
- Ohio University
- Sinclair Community College
- University of Central Missouri
- University of Dubuque
Applicants must be undergraduate sophomores, juniors, or seniors enrolled in an aviation-related two-year, four-year, or postgraduate degree program that incorporates the NBAA PDP. Students must have a GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. A completed and signed application form must be accompanied by an essay, official transcript, resume and at least one letter of recommendation. See application form for details.
